"I've had many car insurance agents call me before but very few have ever had the kind and friendly demeanor that Illeana possesses. Most of them are very bland, stoic and are just doing a job. But Illeanea naturally interjects her kindness, her laugh and her bubbly spirit into her job in an organic way. She was very helpful and has a very natural, kind and bubbly spirit about her which is a great asset in sales. To whoever is reading this I would promote her if I were you because those qualities are rare in sales and she is naturally good with people. One of the key assets in sales is being able to project that energy, if you have a personable, positive, energetic vibration about you then that is something you simply can't teach in sales and is rare today in the sales world. I feel like I hear the Spirit of God telling me to tell you to keep her around on your team and promote her. At the very least she deserves a raise.
