"Read this before you get car insurance here. I lost my eyesight and lost my license. I had been a long standing customer for over 30yrs. 15 months ago I lost my license, but they kept me insured so I could have someone drive my car to take me places. I find out, the underwriter didn't do their job becausey policy should have cancelled when I lost my license, and Did Not Have a Valid license primary driver for the policy. They took my payment 15 times before I found out I'm suppose to have a primary driver other then myself. Making the policy VOID all 15 payments. I want that money back because it wasn't a valid policy without a Valid Primary licensed driver. I'm not sure if they will give it back, but I'm contacting an attorney for sure. Shameful. To pay a policy premium on a voided policy because their underwriter DIDN'T do their job is unbelievable.. shame on your company, shame on your underwriter. To top it off, I told them when my license was taken. Yet, just like scum they tried to turn it around on me and say they didn't know. Oh no, your underwriters JOB is to validate the primary driver's license status. Customer care even said it's the underwriters job to ensure the validation. I want my 15 payments from state farm because the policy DIDN'T have a valid licensed primary driver the whole 15 months. What a complete shame these people are. You will not get business from me unless those 15 payments are returned. To top it off, to act like they didn't know, when I told them myself showed me they can't be trusted nor a good business."
